What is XERODROP ETP/STP System?

XERODROP is the most advanced EXTREME MACHINE to treat waste water comprehensively. XERODROP is a technology based on Modern Advanced Oxidation Processes (AOP) which are fundamentally based on Electro-chemical processes.  The technology for say is more than 130 years old, however its implementation in complex and hazardous waste water has been recently mastered by Aeolus.

Advanced Electrolytic Process

Utilizing the XERODROP technology, the plant relies on electrolytic reactions through titanium-coated or graphite electrodes to efficiently treat municipal sewage and industrial effluent. This process ensures superior performance without membranes, and produces very low sludge, minimizing regular maintenance requirements. The digital/PLC-based control enhances system operation and monitoring.


Flexible and Durable Design

Offered in a compact, containerized or skid-mounted format, the plant can be tailored to diverse site requirements. Constructed from mild steel or FRP with epoxy coating, it withstands operational pressures up to 2 bar, temperatures between 5C and 50C, and is optimized for long-term reliability with a design life exceeding 15 years.


Reliable Performance and Compliance

The system achieves up to 500 KLD treatment capacity, supports flow rates up to 25 m3/hr, and ensures discharge meets Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MOEF) standards. The instant start-up, semi-automatic operation, and low power requirement (3-5 kW) provide economical and convenient wastewater recycling.
